DAY OF EVENT SCHEDULE FOR ENTRANTS WITH VEHICLES 8-12-26 

We do not have a designated parking area for trailers. Participants have used Pine Avenue, an extensive street located two blocks south and parallel to Lighthouse Avenue.

ONSITE REGISTRATION

You can register onsite the day of the event IF THERE IS SPACE AVAILABLE. You must find a parking space and walk to the registration tent between Forest and 16th Street. You will not receive a custom window placard if you register onsite. You will receive a generic card for your window.

ALL REGISTRANTS

11 a.m. – Noon Participants will enter Lighthouse Avenue at Fountain Avenue to park. Volunteers will direct you to the parking areas. Walk to the registration tent between Forest and 16th Street to get your “swag bag” and registration *

*IMPORTANT: Your registration card must be displayed on the vehicle to be eligible for awards!

Noon Singing of the National Anthem
Noon – 1:30 p.m. Officials select entries for awards
2 p.m. Raffle Drawing
4 p.m Raffle Drawing
4 p.m. Trophy winners will be asked to line up with their vehicles and be presented with class awards
5 p.m. Show concludes. Cars line up for the Ocean View Cruise.
